Companion Dogs

Ultimate Canine has over 27 years of experience in providing fully trained companion dogs for customers all around the world.

We offer fully trained non-shedding hypoallergenic Australian Labradoodles (mini, medium, and standard sizes) and English Labradors. Occasionally we have other breeds available as well. To see all dogs we have available for purchase, visit our Dogs for Sale page.

All our dogs are hand picked and thoroughly tested prior to the beginning of training. They are chosen for their amazing temperaments. Our unique selection methods in combination with our training will provide a wonderful companion for your family for many years to enjoy.

Our trainers will deliver the dog to you and teach you everything you need to know about the dog and the training he/she has received. You can also pick up the dog at our facility and meet with the trainer on-site.

We offer 4 levels of trained companion dogs. See below some details for each level.

Companion Level 1 - Family Pet Level

This level takes 6 weeks of training. During this Level 1 the dog learns:

Potty training
Crate training
Leash walking
Door manners
Basic command introduction: Sit, Down, Stay, Come, Heel, Leave It, Place, Off
Socialization with people, children, and other dogs
Gentle introduction to distractions, such as strollers, umbrellas, wheelchairs, skateboards, traffic, sounds, stairs, car rides, etc.

When training is complete, we need one full day with you and your family to teach you everything the dog has learned. Dogs can be delivered to you or picked up at our facility.

Level 2 - Family Comfort Dog Level

Our most popular level of training. This level takes 10-12 weeks of training. The dog becomes more advanced and reliable in all manners and obedience skills from Level 1. Additionally, the dog is trained to provide comfort for his/her family members – pressure therapy, snuggling on command, etc. In addition to the training listed in Level 1 above, Level 2 training will include the following:

ALL Level 1 skills plus…
Pressure therapy and comforting skills for family members
Increased level of distractions
Increased Socialization
Additional Exposure to crowds, loud noises, etc.
Training in various off-site locations

Level 2 training ends with a full day of training for the future family. Dogs can be delivered to you or picked up at our facility.

Level 3 - Premier Comfort Dog Level

Our Premier level is a top-tier level of training for family companion dogs. This level prepares dogs with a high reliability both on and off leash. Many of our NYC and Los Angeles customers prefer this level due to the lifestyle of busy city centers.

This training takes 18-20 weeks, and we provide 3 days of training for the family at the end. Premier Level includes:

ALL Level 1 and Level 2 skills plus:
Working around heavy distractions
Training in busy urban scenarios and locations: stores, schools, daycares, crowded events, parks, loud sidewalks, malls, markets, etc.
On and Off leash reliability
Calming pressure therapy for family members
Fun “Knuckles” command
and more

Level 3 ends with 3 days of training for the future family. Dogs can be delivered to you or picked up at our facility.

Level 4 - Elite Comfort Dog Level

The Elite level is our ALL-IN Concierge Level of training for family companion dogs. This level prepares dogs with a highest reliability both on and off leash and includes everything necessary to get you off- the ground with your new well-trained furry best friend!

This training takes 18-20 weeks, and we provide 3 days of training for the family at the end.

Elite Level includes:

ALL 3 LEVELS above! plus:
Delivery to your door anywhere in the Continental US
Breeder Fee
Trainer Off-site fee
Spay/Neuter surgery
All off-the-ground supplies – crate, bed, dishes, toys, grooming supplies, food, treats, training equipment, chewtoys, etc.

Level 4 ends with 3 days of training for the family!
